It was only intended to be a month just to change things up a bit and break routine. It went really, really well. I have found taking wheat out of my diet has made a huge difference in my skin, energy etc. I would try it for a week and see how you feel (or not). It's really one of the best things I've done although it certainly is challenging.<br /><br />A while back I did the Fat Flush Plan and that even MORE challenging.
